My cooking is traditional and family-style, but I can also offer you a theme evening with real Breton galettes and crêpes, served in a kitchen dedicated to creperie and wood-fired cooking.
I can also prepare Creole dishes, as I was lucky enough to live overseas for eight years.
My wood-fired fusion cooking is a pleasure for me and a treat for your taste buds.
Menus are planned because our priority is to source fresh, and local products. Therefore, we don't make any changes: it's not a ``menu`` but a shared meal spirit.
